Revenue Systems & Applied AI/SI Engineering
CRM, lead routing, websites, search, and email — designed, repaired, and kept working by a dedicated accountable engineer.
I practice model-based systems engineering. Before anything changes, I map how your systems actually behave together, so every fix and every build is made against evidence instead of assumptions.
Systems That Work Quietly Behind the Scenes
Ryzodus builds and maintains the invisible systems architecture that keeps revenue & marketing infrastructure reliable. Websites, CRMs, automations, data layers, and analytics that all tell the same story.
Individual platforms are only part of the work. The objective is a connected, understandable system that can be improved without repeatedly starting over.
Revenue Systems Audit
Most work starts here. I trace how leads, data, and decisions actually move through your website, CRM, and automations, and build a working model of the whole system — including the questions nobody can answer yet. You get a clear map, the real risks, and a prioritized path forward:
1
Stabilize What Is Fragile
2
Improve What Creates Friction
Repair, upgrade, or build the CRM, website, automations, integrations, attribution, and reporting systems identified as priorities during the Audit.
3
Own the System Over Time
The Ryzodus Modular System
These are the skill domains behind every Ryzodus engagement — the modules that power your CRM, website, automation, analytics, and marketing operations. Each one is available on its own or combined into a project or retainer, and all of them are engineered as parts of one system, not as separate tools.
As your needs evolve, the modules become the building blocks for future phases — so you can scale, pivot, or deepen capability without reinventing the entire system.
CRM Architecture & Automation
Your CRM should be a system of record the business can trust. I design, stabilize, and automate CRMs — data model, flows, validation, and reporting — including inherited ones nobody fully understands anymore.

Lead Capture, Routing & Attribution
Every form, call, and chat should reach the right person with its source intact. I build and repair the path from first contact to CRM record — routing rules, integrations, and the tracking that shows which channels actually produce customers.

- Call tracking
- Live chat

Website Builds & Rebuilds
Your website is revenue infrastructure, not a brochure. I build, rebuild, and stabilize WordPress sites so they are fast, editable in-house, and connected cleanly to your CRM and analytics — protecting the search equity you have already earned.

- Elementor
- JetEngine
- Gravity Forms
- Redirects & migrations

Search & AI/SI Visibility
Show up when customers search — on Google, and in the answers ChatGPT and Gemini give. Technical SEO, content written for people and for AI/SI systems, structured data, and measurement that shows what is actually changing.
- Technical SEO
- Content
- Structured data
- GEO
- Search Console
- ChatGPT & Gemini visibility
Email & Lifecycle
Newsletters and automations that are built cleanly, delivered reliably, and tied back to your CRM — so you can see what email actually contributes.
- Mailchimp
- ActiveCampaign
- Newsletters
- Lifecycle automation
- Deliverability
Maintenance & Monitoring
Updates, backups, form testing, and monitoring that catches problems early — so your website and integrations keep working, and you are not the one who discovers they stopped.
- Core & plugin updates
- Backups
- Form testing
- Uptime monitoring
- Security
Already have a marketing team? Good.
I’m not here to replace them. I work alongside your in-house people — or your agency — as the technical partner they call when the CRM, the website, or the tracking gets in the way.
Your marketing manager may be excellent at campaigns and still new to technical SEO or CRM automation. I can teach that, review what they build, and unblock what they’re stuck on, so their capability grows instead of their dependence on me.
Your people stay. They get better.

How the work gets done
AI/SI is involved at every step. An engineer owns every outcome.
Model: forged from evidence
AI/SI reads across your stack (configurations, records, forms, flows) far faster than a person can. I forge what it finds into a model of how your systems actually connect, with every claim marked verified, inferred, or unknown.
Own: know the stack end to end
Holding the model means owning the system: knowing what every part does, what it touches, and what a change would break. AI/SI can trace a dependency. It can't be accountable for one. I am, before, during, and after every change.
Improve: judgment the tools don't have
The model shows what's there. Knowing what matters (which fix is safe, which shortcut will cost you in six months) comes from years of building and repairing these systems. AI/SI drafts the options. I choose, and every change is made against the model.
Compound: the models & systems get sharper
Lessons don't stay in one account. A lead that went missing in one CRM, a migration that broke in another: what's learned across every system I hold makes the next diagnosis faster. The lessons travel. Your data never does.
The tools change every few months. The model and the accountability don’t.
Recent work
Lead-routing workflows rebuilt as three in n8n — every form, call, and chat lead routed to the right partner and checked hourly by ID.
Pages wired into one schema.org graph of named authors and reviewers, so search engines can tell who wrote and checked each one.
Legacy Salesforce automations migrated to Flow in an inherited org — stabilized without a rebuild.
Out-of-date travel-guide pages fact-checked against primary sources and corrected — 68 of them in three days.
Each figure links to the logbook entry that documents it.
Not sure where to start?
Tell me what’s going on — a CRM nobody trusts, leads that go missing, a site that needs rebuilding, a team that needs backup. I’ll tell you whether an audit is the right first step, or whether the problem is bounded enough to fix directly.
