Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 2026

Ryzodus LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and how we safeguard it when you use our website, contact us, or engage our services.

Information We Collect

  • Information you give us through forms or email: your name, email address, company, phone number, and whatever you choose to tell us about your situation.
  • Technical information collected automatically when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site.
  • Business information from clients during an engagement: the systems we are asked to work on and, where a client authorizes it, data read from those systems (see Connected Business Data below).

How We Use Information

  • Respond to you and provide the services you ask for.
  • Understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
  • Send occasional updates about our work. You can opt out at any time by replying or emailing us.
  • Run our business: invoicing, records, and legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Services That Help Us Operate

A small number of providers process data on our behalf, each for one job:

  • Google Analytics — site traffic and usage measurement.
  • Akismet (Automattic) — spam filtering on form submissions.
  • Kinsta and Cloudflare — hosting, performance, and security for the site, including server logs.
  • Business tools we use to respond to you and manage client work, such as a CRM, email, and workflow automation. These hold the details you send us so we can follow up.

Each provider is bound by its own privacy terms and is used only for the purpose stated.

Connected Business Data

Part of our work is connecting to systems our clients already run — for example a CRM, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or an accounting platform such as Intuit QuickBooks Online. When a client authorizes such a connection:

  • Authorization goes through the platform’s own consent process. We never ask for or store your password for that platform.
  • We request the narrowest access the work requires, read-only wherever the platform offers it.
  • Data we read is used only to deliver the engagement, is stored on systems Ryzodus controls, and is not shared with third parties or used for any other purpose.
  • Clients can revoke the connection at any time from the platform’s own settings.

The terms that govern our software and these connections are in our End-User License Agreement.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, measure performance, and remember basic preferences. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser.

  • Essential cookies — required for basic site functionality, including caching and security.
  • Analytics cookies — help us measure and improve site performance (Google Analytics).

You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the site works. We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Data Retention

We keep the information you send us for as long as we have a business reason to — typically while we are in contact with you or working together, and afterwards for our own records and legal obligations. Connected business data is deleted within a reasonable time after an engagement ends or on request, except where we must retain it by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information: encrypted connections, access limited to those who need it, two-factor authentication on our systems, and hosting providers with their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law; we will honor those requests as the law requires. Contact us using the details below and we will respond promptly.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above changes when we do. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated policy.
